UPDATE download (for registered users only)

Way #1 (via the E-Service System):

1. Go to the E-Service System .
2. Enter your email (which you used for the purchase) as User Name and press Send me password button. You will get your password by email.
3. Log into the E-Service System .
4. Choose Download Update at the top to see your serial number and download the latest version of software.

Way #2 (via the Knowledge Base):

1. Go to the Knowledge Base .
2. Select Epocware (Sony Ericsson) in the Base Product choice list.
3. Select the desired product in the Product Version choice list and press Continue.
4. Then you will be able to: download updates, manuals, get your serial numbers, get and change your password, change your registration e-mail.

Troubleshooting

If you have a problem with login or password at the Knowledge Base or E-Service System , please go to E-Service System Problem Solver . Choose Registration in the I want to solve a problem with choice list. There you will be able to: get and change your password, change your registration e-mail.
If the E-Service System tells you that the product is not registered to you, please send us (support@epocware.com) your purchase order (email).
